beware of sphere team black hat method !

Hello all,
today i would like to inform all of you that the sphere team is using black at SEO to try to win this contest
i was on the first page of google and suddently started to get down and down and down so i had to check what is going on and here is what i found: http://www.seocontest2008-sphere.com/exeko/

hi eCliPs16 I would like to agree with you but from the links given , don't see the duplicate content on the links you supplied unless it has already been removed , I checked google cache and do not see it , can you copy and paste the duplicates text or show screen shots with the URL in title bar thanks Just have having your name in their URL would not have any effect on your ranking ( I am sure you know this ) can you explain further , thanks
