By this I mean - you may use the same domain - however if the address appears on the above page in full including say index.html. You can not win with that particular page.

You can create a new directory or a new page and that will be eligable to win on the same domain.

This means that ex contestants within the top 100 will not be able to switch there metas and content around as so easily and that there page ranks will be 0.

This will be good news for us and I suggest that if it is ok to you or to Busby to post this new rule set on the main page of the competition so that everyone can read it again. Aside from that, if the entry is not valid it is good that you line it with RED same with other invalid entries on the leader board so that entrants will be aware of the validity of their entries.
