Hello Brycec ,
Thanks for the quick reply .
I am sorry to say that you have not read the post clearly . I said that it is the same data centre and same query then why the difference in SERP . I am a professional SEO and I couldn't get the right answer . It seems wired are you using some automated search tools.

I can still see my blog now in fifth position for manual search in that data centre .
See

Any datacenter wouldn't show you such a big difference in SERP . If you are using automated search results , then I thing might be some problem in that .
This is just a 13 k search and anyone can search this out .
Wining in not much a matter as you stick on to the rules . See my blog rank top for a 651 k search which does not have any domain/sub-domain or any advantage .
All are using the keyword in the sub pages , then why can't I use a single word in the sub-domain . The search engine do give weight to sub pages more than sub domains .
See Matt Cutts blog
http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/subdomain ... rectories/See the hardest part of sub-domains like mine.
Google and other engines will generally not list more than two of these sub-domains in the search results, unless those sub-domains can prove to Google that they are independent and relevant entitiesThe answers are taken from relevant source see
